Manajemen Pembelajaran Daring Pada Masa Pandemi di Madrasah Aliyah Wahid Hasyim Balung

It is realized that the Covid 19 outbreak has changed the new face of education, starting from how to manage educational institutions, how to foster/educate students, how to assess and evaluate the educational process, and how to utilize and utilize technology in all educational activities. This fact provides an important note that this pandemic has changed the atmosphere, processes and systems that have been running for so long to pursue quality, especially for policy makers, managers in educational unit institutions, teachers, students and even parents at home. Based on the results of research at MA Wahid Hasyim Balung that at the beginning of the pandemic, schools practically had no face-to-face activities, everything changed to work from home and learning from home through virtual learning. Even though at the beginning the implementation process was ineffective, because teachers and students were not fully able to operate the digital platform which became a learning medium, on the other hand due to the availability of supporting facilities such as stable internet which would support the smooth learning of each student at home at the start of the pandemic, there was no program from the government at that time. However, over time, with evaluations carried out by teachers and all levels of teaching staff, supported by internet data package assistance submitted by schools so that MA Wahid Hasyim Balung is gradually improving and all elements are trying to learn with the existing situation so that all processes can be passed smoothly together.
